(Fly Fishing) What type of knots should I use with your material?
|

Due to the special process that all Frog Hair products go through, virtually all knots tie up strong and tight. However, we have found that the following "tippet to fly knots" to be more superior than many others.
PITZEN KNOT / SIXTEEN-TWENTY, EUGENE BEND KNOT, NON-SLIP MONO LOOP, and UNI-KNOT or DUNCAN LOOP. For tying on tippet, the LIGATURE,DOUBLE-UNI or BLOOD KNOT work well. Remember to thoroughly wet every knot before pulling tight. For attaching tippet to leader, we have found an 8 turn blood knot to be an excellent choice.
