Hi,I'm a Frog Hair Pro Staff member guiding for Fly Fishing Outfitters in Avon, Colorado. Frog hair learders have superior knot strength and overall performance over other brands I've used. This fish was landed on a size 18 hook and Frog Hair 5x leader/tippet. I put a lot of pressure on this trout to get him to the boat before we drifted into the next rapid The rainbow was caught on a float on the Roaring Fork River and measured 29in by 27in and weighed around fifteen pounds.
