Recently, I was fortunate to land a 26" brown trout with a 17.25" girth, weighing 8lb. 6oz. using Frog Hair 7x Fluorocarbon tippet. Having used so many other brands, before switching completely to Frog Hair, I'm convinced any other brand of tippet would not have done the job.
