I have tried many brands. Frog Hair tippet is remarkably strong and absorbs shock wonderful. I've used it for small trout up to 9 pound steelhead. The 5x is my favorite for steelhead, the knots break before the tippet and it can handle the quick runs and jumps with ease.
The leaders can turn over heavy flies and the specialized leaders make it easy to pick the right leader for the mission.
